Parting is such sweet sorrow, but we respect your decision. We'd like to take the time to learn more about your experience and your reasons for leaving. Please provide us with feedback below so that we can continue to improve our service offerings moving forward.

I/We request to terminate the selected services with Combinate, a Business Unit of Complete Business Online Pty Ltd. I/We understand that with terminating this service all costs involved with the request and if a transfer of data is required, it is in addition to the service fee and shall be paid prior to work commencing.

I/We request that the current debit arrangements between ourself and Complete Business Online Pty. Ltd. as set out in the Direct Debit Request Service Agreement shall be cancelled after all outstanding payments have been made.

I/We understand that the effective date shall be at least one full calendar month prior to the month in which you intend to terminate the Agreement. All support plans are sold on a 12-month recurring basis, with a 90-day cancellation notice required.
